Vegetable Stir Fry

Colorful and healthy vegetable stir fry that's ready in just 20 minutes. Packed with nutrients and flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)

Instructions

Prep vegetables - Wash and chop all vegetables.
