Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)

Prep vegetables - Wash and chop all vegetables.

Heat oil - Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
