- 2 tsp cooking oil

Instructions
1 Crack all 3 eggs into a bowl.
2 Add salt and chili powder.
3 Beat eggs for 1-2 minutes until frothy.
4 Heat oil in pan over medium flame.
5 Pour eggs, cook 1-2 minutes.
6 Flip and cook other side 1-2 minutes.
7 Serve hot with bread or toast.
