These fluffy pancakes are soft, buttery, and absolutely delicious. Top with maple syrup and fresh berries!
Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter

Mix dry ingredients - In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Add wet ingredients - Make a well, add milk, egg and melted butter.

Mix gently - Stir until just combined (batter should be lumpy).

Heat pan - Heat lightly oiled pan over medium heat.

Pour batter - Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.

Cook until bubbly - Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
